Rolled Non-woven dressing basic material
Non woven fabric type:
1. Spun-laced non-woven
2. thermal-bond nonwoven
3. melt--blown PP nonwoven
4. Hot-blast non woven
Fabric weight varies from 35g to 65g per square meter based on customer's choice.
Among them, spun-laced non woven and Thermal-bond non-woven is our most used fabrics for our wound dressing and medical plasters. We also supply this base fabric to other factory of China as well.
Medical adhesive type:
1. Medical pressure sensitive adhesive: Most for wound dressing, infusion plaster, I. V fixing
2. Heat melt adhesive: Most used to melt the herbal extracts and other material inside to be medical plaster.
The gluing type
1. Gluing shape: Mesh type, DOT type, strip type, full flat type
2. The type of adhesive: Hot melt adhesive, Hydrosol, solvent adhesive
3. Material: Can gluing on all types of non-woven, elastic cotton, PE film, etc

Roll width can be from 1cm to 1 meter, length can be 100cm to 400m or more.
