How to use cooling gel pad:
1.Open the pouch from the slit and take out a piece of patch
2.Remove transparent film from back of the gel sheet
3.Place the sheet on skin, forehead, temple acupoints or other positions
4.Apply this product 1-3 times one day, and each patch can be used for 6-8 hours continuously.
5.If necessary, use several sheets to accelerate the cool-down rate
6.If desired, cut sheet to suitable size with scissors
Warm Warnings:
